Failed to import backup set file.

Issue

Backup set file cannot be imported.

Environment

• Building Operation Workstation
• Automation Server
• Enterprise Server
• Backup set file

Cause

Backup set file is very large so import of backup set file fails.  

Resolution

A current workaround is to manually copy the backup file set to the default backup location.

1. Browse to C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric StruxureWare\Building Operation 1.x\Enterprise Server\db_backup or C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric EcoStruxure\Building Operation x.x\Enterprise Server\db_backup
2. By default the ProgramData folder is hidden.
3. To view the ProgramData folder follow the below steps:
   Select Organize>>Folder and Search options.
   
4. In Folder options under view tab select "Show hidden files,folders and drives".
   
5. Manually copy the Enterprise Server Backup set file and paste to the below location:
   C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric StruxureWare\Building Operation 1.x\Enterprise Server\db_backup\LocalBackup
   
    
6. Manually copy the Automation Server Backup set file and paste to the below location:
   C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric StruxureWare\Building Operation 1.x\Enterprise Server\db_backup\ASArchives
