Issue
Customer has an issue where he is getting an Invalid Attempt on a card read when he tries to read a Valid card at a door.
Environment
All versions of Continuum.
Cause
The area is corrupted for that door, once it is changed to another Area it gets distributed and the card works fine.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, the following steps need to be done:
- Assign the Reader to a different Area
- Delete the corrupted Area
- Recreate the new Area
- Resend to the Controller
