Cause
Error 5310 (0x14BE hex) indicates a duplicate card number.
Resolution
Take a LAN capture of the distribution using Using WireShark to analyse communications on an Ethernet network and send it to PSS for analysis, a PSS engineer will decode the packet to extract the card number and card type that is being rejected as duplicate. Armed with the card number and type find the offending record in the DB and eliminate the duplication.
