Cause
This product used to be available from Andover Controls, is it still available for purchase and support today?
Resolution
The DoubleTake redundancy solution is no longer supported for use with Continuum. This third-party product (with some additional in-house custom software) has not been supported for quite some time now and there has not been any new development work done on our side of the solution (Failover Manager) for over 10 years.
Marathon (AKA EverRun) is the only Disaster Recovery / Redundancy solution we currently support. Also see What are the solutions available for database fail over redundant Continuum system.
