Issue
Right after you start the Device Administrator, the program crashes.

Cause
In rare cases, the XML file containing information regarding the default login and device list for the Device Administrator is empty or corrupted. That causes the Device Administrator to crash when launched, as the information in the file doesn't have the correct content format.
Resolution
- Delete the settings.xml file which is automatically generated. Depending on the installed version it may be located in one of the following paths:
- Version 1.9 and lower "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric StruxureWare\Building Operation 1.X\Device Administrator"
- Version 2.0 onwards "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric EcoStruxure\Building Operation X.X\Device Administrator"
- Start the Device Administrator
