Issue
When trying to commission a controller into a LonWorks network in SmartStruxure you get a DST error.

Cause
The DST error occurs during the commissioning of the controller when the DST settings are attempted to be downloaded.
Resolution
TAC Xenta 280 and 300 series Controllers
If the DST error occurs when commissioning a Xenta 280 or 300 series controller then check the label on the side of the controller. If there is no /N/P after the model number then it is not a network presentation controller and can not be commissioned in SmartStruxure.
