Cause
Some BACnet devices are taking a long time to respond to BACnet controller requests.
Resolution
If the device takes too long to respond to a request, it is possible that the response may be ignored by the BACnet controller.
Increasing the APDU timeout setting will cause the BACnet controller to wait longer for a response from a field device.
