Cause
A b3 BACnet controller is found to exist in the BACnet folder under an MSTP Network which is different from the Network specified in the bCX's comm2 Port.
Resolution
Delete the MSTP network under the BACnet folder and perform a 'Find new BACnet devices'. A new MSTP network should be created with the right network ID.
