Chinese characters in TGML graphic become odd characters in WebStation, but display fine in WorkStation

Cause
The encoding method of WebStation is different from the one used in WorkStation. So the font of the Chinese characters should be changed.
Resolution
Change the Chinese character to Chinese font, like YouYuan or SimHei, etc, then it will work fine.
