Issue
Project specifications call for there to be no default administrator password in the BMS. Can the ACC user in Andover Continuum be deleted?

Cause
By default Andover Continuum always creates the ACC administrative user on all system but this is deemed unacceptable by some project specifications.
Resolution
The Andover Continuum default ACC admin user cannot be deleted, however it can be renamed and its permissions can be removed/amended.
