Cause
Generic Web Services SOAP, Simple XML or Script Web Services cannot act as a server. They can only act as a client to other web servers.
Resolution
EcoStruxure BMS servers can serve information to another EcoStruxure system using the EcoStruxure Web Services standard. For 3rd party systems, SmartConnector RESTful EWS Gateway can be used to serve EBO data to 3rd party system in a RESTful manner, refer to: Configure SmartConnector RESTful EWS Gateway to serve EBO data - Schneider Electric Community
