Cause
The flow temperature sensor has failed and is causing the controller to remain on.
Resolution
As part of it's "Out of Hours" operation, the controller will monitor the flow temperature and if it falls below 5'C, the controller will act to remove the risk of frost by starting the pump and opening the control valve.
