Issue
BACnet String Value Object or BACnet DateTime Value Object in EcoStruxure Building Operation cannot be created. Only the EcoStruxure Object is created.

Cause
Only EcoStruxure String Value Object or DateTime Value Objects can be created under the Servers, even if created under the BACnet/Application Folder. There are no current plans to change this.
MP-X, RP-C are native BACnet devices so BACnet String Value Object and BACnet DateTime Value Object can be created.
Resolution
BACnet String Value Object or BACnet DateTime Value Object can be read and hosted by all versions of EcoStruxure Building Operation, but not created in the Server
