Issue
Difference in Triggered time and Timestamp
Product Line
EcoStruxure Building Operation
Environment
- SBO
- Alarm view
Cause
In alarm view there, there are two timefields: "triggered time" and "time stamp."
Resolution
The Timestamp is the time at which the most recent state change occurred to the alarm. It is when the AS or ES received/detected the state and logged the alarm.
The Triggered time is the first occurrence of this alarm. It could be when the alarm was originally detected, before possibly going in/ out of alarm several times. It could also be the time stamp when detected by a field controller.
Triggered Time Stamp behavior also clarifies a few things on when they are updated.
