Issue
Function Block Alarm on delay value reverts back to a value of 0 after you save the Function Block application.

- Building Operation Workstation 3.0.2 and below

Cause
This is a known issue and is due to be fixed in an upcoming release of Building Operation.
Resolution
The workaround of adding a delay object in the Function Block program (as shown below) and connecting this before the Alarm is currently the only option until this fix is released.
