Issue
When you're having issues with Continuum you need to check if the Windows account you are logging on with is part of the Local Administrators Group.

Cause
Permission issues running or installing Continuum 1.9X
Resolution
Download the attached TestUserAdmin.zip file unzip the TestUserAdmin.exe file to your Desktop
Open the Command window (DOS prompt) and run the TestUserAdmin.exe
The program will indicate if the logged on Windows user is a member of the Local Administrators Group or not.
