Is there anything that will convert AC256 drum programs to Continuum Plain English programs?

Cause
When doing an AC256 to Continuum upgrade, is there a utility to convert drum programs to Continuum Plain English.
Resolution
Various partners and branches have written their own utility. Product Support does not distribute or support any of these. The results of most are underwhelming - PE code that looks "drum-ish" and often involves enough clean up that is better when PE is done from scratch.
Alternatively, a request for improved or other utilities can be made on the Exchange Community.
