Hotfix Archives

Dear All,

I have an issue on creating new database in my 5 unit of Automation server. I think I need to apply hotfix on AS. I already updated my device administrator from V1.9 to 3.2. I try the hotfix but it requires "Hotfix Archives (exe, Zip)"

Where can I get the hotfix archives?

Hello since you appear to be an end user you won't have access to any EBO hotfixes, only authorised and trained SE partners have access.

I doubt however that the issue has anything to do with hotfixes since you should be able to apply the base version of EBO without issue.

In order to fully understand the problem we will need some further information:

1. Is this an AS or an AS-P?
2. Is the AS new from the box or has it been in service before?
3. Was the AS put into DFU mode before the install?
4. How are you connected to the AS, USB or IP?
5. Are you running Device Administrator as a Windows Administrator?
