3rd party meter importing issues

I have an import program pulling values off a onicon meter over MSTP bus. I can see the BACnet meter and see the values under the meter but they stopped importing into my numerics. Import program is running and counting time but values wont transfer.

Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated
