Creating automation using the Dimmer with built-in Motionsensor

Hello, 
Cant figure out how to create an automation for the Dimmer with built-in motion sensor. 
I want to have an automation where during daytime the motion sensor shall turn on the light 100%
After midnight until morning, I want only 5% light level on movement detection. 

Any ideas? 
I have created an automation where movements are the trigger, and dimmer level 5% is the action, valid only between 23:59 to 06:00 but its turning on with 100% regardless time of the day....

What type of equipment are you using for this?

May be easier to replay if we got some more information.
