Authentication failed - remotely connecting to Shneider N series Autorecloser
Hello,
until yesterday - 1/11/22 we have been able to connect to a Schnider N series autrecloser remotely without issue. However, on Saturday, I noticed an issue whereby if more than two PCs were connected to the recloser - we would get an authentication failed message and a prompt to enter the switchgear password on the third PC that makes an attempt to connect. The requested for switchgear password seems to be a 5 character password which is uncharacteristic as the recloser still uses the defaults of which none is 5 characters.
However, as of today, no PC is able to connect to the recloser. Any attempt to connect is met by the message "Failed to open x.x.x.x for TCP/IP, Authentication failed" On clicking OK a text box prompt appears requesting for "Enter value for Switchgear password"
All known passwords (no changes from default yet) do not work and the requested for password appears to be a 5 character password.
