Not sure which forum to post this on but here goes...we have a program for an AHU control running on an MNL 800. When I open workplace tech monitor, the program opens okay except none of the monitor tags fill in. Several attempts to re-open does nothing. Waiting does nothing, can anyone help?

Look we really could use some help here or directed to the correct forum. We are still having trouble getting our monitor tags to work and it is very hard to troubleshoot when you cant see anything.

You haven't stated what version of WorkPlace Tech nor how you are connecting to the controller. It may be that the LON card or driver is not functioning correctly, or that WorkPlace Tech is configured for BACnet rather than LON.

Thank you but our local rep/tech cannot figure this out either. Building operator workstation 1.9.1.95 using visio.. Ill look at each of the articles, thank you.
