I have a user that keeps complaining that his computer is going to the UPS for power and the UPS logs indicate that as well. It happens quite a few times throughout the week. However, no one else in the office is experiencing power issues. He is the only with a UPS. Is there anyway to monitor the power outlet to see if it is in fact losing power? or should i suspect the APC UPS which is only a few months old?

any advice?
thanks
