Hello,
I have a cliet using I believe the 650v on a new Vista PC with the monitor and the tower only plugged into the battery backup side and 2 devices pluged into the surge side.
The unit has been charged and setup properly as well as the Vista Powerchute software, after 2 weeks of operation, they had accidently cut the breaker to the PC and it immediatly cut the monitor and PC off without switching to battery, even though the software says its fine
Also, after the power loss powerchute reports that there is only 5min of batt time even though I checked the GUI reports 5 days later after the surge.
She sometimes states that batt time can be 30min or so through powerchute
What could some of the issues be with:
1. Why the batt did not kick in after power loss?
2. Why is powerchute stating only 5min avail batt?
Any other help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Pete
