I purchased my unit months ago and lost cables. I have the coax cables connected and the computer internet is working fine, but without any backuup protection. Where can I find a data cable and how do I connect the other two ports?

You can call into APC Tech Support @ 1-800-800-4272 and if the unit is in warranty (it should be if you purchased it a few months ago), we can replace the data cable (the RJ-45 to USB comm cable) for you.
If you are referring to the RJ-45 modem/fax dataline protection ports, you plug the "source" RJ-45 into the top "Wall Outlet" port, and the outgoing RJ-45 that will go to your computer, etc. from the second port down, the "Modem/Phone/Fax" port to your device.
