smt1500i the menus are read-only

For a smt1500i without network card
Since I changed the battery, the menus are read-only; I can't make any changes.
I tried to reset by disconnecting the battery and pressing power after reconnecting it, but nothing happened.
What's the best way to reset to factory settings without accessing the menus?

You may use the APC PCBE / PCSS software connected to a Windows computer system. 👍
