I have a smart ups1500C with a desktop computer (win 11) connected to it. I have been chasing a problem where the machine acts like the plug was pulled and replaced 2 - 4 times per day. There are no messages in the event log and it can happen at any time or at full load or at idle. I have found that if I plug the computer directly into the wall, in the same socket as the UPS, the machine runs fine without issue. The UPS is not dropping other loads because a DSL modem plugged into the same UPS as the computer does not reset when the computer restarts.
