smart connect.apc.com is down today

smart connect.apc.com is down today since around 1PM EST. At first it allowed a login but then when Dashboard tried to load said NO KEY

Now, it won't even respond, tried multiple browsers.

 

"smartconect.apc.com could not handle that request"

over 24 hours now...Unable to add device - ensure that the Product ID and Product Key provided are correct. If you have connected your device for the first time, ensure that your device has an active network connection, and allow up to 15 minutes before trying again.

No I do not work for APC Schneider. Submit a service request with APC Technical Support to investigate and track this issue.

 

The OP’s problem is the smart connect web portal is not loading which is not your specific problem.

SmartConnect portal (smartconnect.apc.com and idp.se.com) resumed usual service late the day after I posted. They never stated what the issue was but for sure it was web server related.
