Can you reboot a UPS network management card on a Smart-UPS RT 6000 RM XL without affecting the UPS?

Yes.
- Web interface under Administration->General->Reset/Reboot->Reboot Management Interface.
- CLI "reboot" command.
- SNMP under .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.2.2.1.0

You can also put a paper clip through the hole labeled "reset".
