powerchute vista version

Just received my 1500 rs today , running well just two questions. First how do I get the vista version 2.11 powerchute from your site, Im not able to sign on when I go to install . Chated with a guy by the name of Dev from your site, he sent me a link with a password but still can't sign up. Also a self test run , and a power blackout test both went right to battery but neither event was recorded in the powerchute program in the event page .Is the software version not ok with Vista?
