is overload solid or flashing? how did this problem come about?
what if you try a braindead reset? to do this, disconnect everything from the UPS (power plugs, data cables, etc) and then unplug the UPS from the wall. Disconnect the battery and hold down the power button for about 10 seconds. reconnect the battery and plug the UPS back in. then turn the UPS on with nothing connected and let me know if it immediately goes back to this condition.
is there any audible tones with this overload LED?

Is this also with no load attached? If after removing all load and cycling power to the unit, does the Overload indication return? If so, I would believe the unit is no longer operating as designed and should be replaced. Please contact your regions APC by Schneider Electric call center for further support.
