Hi Everyone,
first post. I just bought a sine wave 1350 bAckups pro. The wiring fault light is a barely lit dim. I only notice it when the light is off.
Is this normal? from the videos on the web it appears and if it lights up brightly if there is a wiring fault. My old one didn't show a wiring fault, but that uniit was not a sine wave.

Received confirmation from APC Support that the faint glow is normal.
My unit is not defective. Hope this helps anyone else who may have the same question.

Hi Lisa,
Can you provide the exact model number of this UPS so I can check this for you? You will be able to find the model number on a sticker on the rear of the UPS.
Regards,
Tom
