how come my surge protection keep making noise

hello, i'm newbie, if i have put on the wrong forum, please let me kno.
apc power saving surge arrest. p7gt
i had this apc surge protection for awhile but now i'm starting to use it.
since the day i'm using it, it keep making noise like click click....
anyone kno how to fix it

constantly clicks...no battery power...
