Its the very first time purchasing a UPS for my PC use and I'm literally a noob.

I've taken the UPS, plugged in the power cable and then taken the other cable that goes to my PC and tried starting the UPS.

The very first time I turned on the UPS it started to emit a constant beep for 5 seconds, then beeps again. The light on the power button is green and its flashing intermittently.

I really don't know what is wrong, there is no manual that I can read unfortunately, wasn't given any.

What I tried after reading the forum a bit, is to unplug the cables, then plug only the power to the unit and start it up. Same situation, it only beeps and flashes.

Is this faulty from the start or what is going on ? Its still in warranty but seriously , I'm very disappointed 😞
