There is no active fault / error code that reflects what you stated up above.
As such the the possible fault or problems that may be present are these:
Low Battery, RBC is end of life, RBC is disconnected. The average service life of the (RBC) Replacement Battery Cartridge is 2-5 years based on Usage, Temperature, and Environmental Conditions.
The RBC is designed to sustain up to 260 full depleted cycles before degradation. If any of the above is true it’s time to replace the RBC. ☝️
If the unit has a USB data port you can affirm the above information as true by connecting it to a computer system running APC Power Chute Software.
The software (PCSS) will declare the active fault / error code. It will also indicate the battery installation date if available and serial number.
Provide both here (Serial Number / Battery Date) here for review. It’s likely based on the two the RBC is EOL and needs replacement unless PCSS indicates a different fault / error!
