Hi there.

I've been having all sorts of problems with my unit. It worked fine for about 2 years. Now its unable to run a self test and I'm finding its just randomly turning itself off.

I should also mention that the Powerchute screen says I have 18Min of battery time and the Load is about 240Watts.

I noticed is that bottom right corner of powerchute says "Battery in APC is Disconnected" which is odd since it was always working AND I've never moved the unit in 2 years.

Do you have any suggestions to resolve the issue?
