My new BACK-UPS RS900 stays on battery when the genertator is running.
I have the sensitivity set to "LOW" and the generator (15 KW) is within specs (59-61 Hz, 120V +/- 10V).
The software indicates that electrical noise is the problem.
What noise is it complaining about?
Is there a way to change the sensitivity below the low setting (or turn it off)?
My 3 other UPS (two SMART-UPS 420s and a SMART-UPS 900) work well with the generator (reduced sensitivity).
What more can I do?
