I have a XS1000 that has recently started switching from line to battery and back randomly. Nothing has changed with anything being connected. It will operate hours on end normally, then just switch back and forth several times then run fine for maybe 10 min or 10 hours.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Running 1 desktop with a 400w power supply and a 27" HP curved monitor on the battery back up side.

Hi Don,
This issue seen in the ups if there is a voltage fluctuation from the wall outlet. I would recommend adjusting the voltage sensitivity of the UPS to low, this will increase the transfer time of the UPS and allow the UPS to operate online even if there are fluctuations in voltage. Here is the video link for the procedure to adjust the sensitivity.

Vinay
