Solved: Windows XP not recognize BACK UPS APC SR 800 conected by USB data cable

When I try to install Power Chute Personal Ed.,Windows XP not recognize BACK UPS APC SR 800 connected with USB data cable. I changed USB data cable but no result. The UPS work fine (no beep, no blinking led)
Please give me a suggestion what can be wrong and what can I do. Thanks TAVI
