hello,
we have this:
http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/warranty-services/ups-factory-warranty-status/
but its for UPS and you are trying to look up batteries. i can tell you that these should be in warranty by looking at the serial numbers. i dont know if we have a specific link for batteries to check warranty, only UPS.

I asking for battery modules not batteries. I purchase these batteries modules from a local vendor he is providing me the warranty of two year. But where i supply they are asking me please prove that these units are genuine and originally manufacture by APC. My vendor is not helping me in this regard.
Along with these battery modules. I also purchased power modules "SYPM4KI" these are verified from APC web site. My client have no issue with this. But asking for battery modules.
Please help me in this regard that how i can establish the fact that these above units are genuine and originally manufacture by APC_

i saw you have another thread on this topic.
all of the modules have APC serial numbers. what happens though is some vendors maybe take the SYBT5 modules and replace the individual batteries inside the modules. with that, we cant really help you prove whether or not they did that because all we can really verify is the module serial number is valid.
the battery serial numbers you provided above in your original post are valid serial numbers from 2010. if they were bought brand new in 2012, i'd raise the concern that they are already almost two years old..

Thanks for your reply.
We have no issue of replacing of batteries etc as you mentioned. Batteries are working fine. Problem is that I need some sort of certificate on the base serial number that these are organically manufacture by APC. Please tell the way how can i got. A email from APC will be enough. Please tell procedure or email id where i contact and i will keep my buyer in CC. Answer from you on the base of your database will solve this issue. No need to mentioned batteries modules warranty status.
I hope you understand my issue.
