I'm a select partner. I have two employees who have completed the required training for Elite membership but I can't find where / how to apply for an upgrade? I have sent several emails in the last 4 weeks to APC but the replies I have had are frankly useless - 'will get back to you with info' being the main line.

Hi Gary,
I'm not sure who your Channel Development Manager (CMD) is in the UK but if you call your inside sales person they should be able to give you the CMD's contact info. the CMD is the person who takes care of the training and can take care of this for you.

Gary,
When I was a select partner I too had completed all the training required for the Premier and Elite level but I did not move into Premier/Elite Status until RI validated that we exceeded the $100K annual sales mark. I suggest that you contact your Channel Partner Manager and get the ball rolling that way.
Keep in mind that once your Channel Partner Manager authorizes you as Premier/Elite your change in pricing via your personal page will require additional phone calls to APC RI. This was a major hurdle for our organization because the communication chain is broken along the way to getting everything updated on your personal page. This is only being made more complicated with the sloooooooooww shift of personnel with Schiender aquiring APC.
