Hi,
I have try to connect APC AP7750 ATS to a local network, but it looks like is not pulling IP from DHCP. I have reset network card but with same result.
Any idea what is going on?
Thanks

You can download and install the Device IP Management software and use that to locate unconfigured cards, if the ATS gets detected it will show you the MAC address of the NMC. Connecting the ATS via the serial cable is one of the best way to connect to the network card and set it.

Since this ATS uses the network management card 1, if you would like to use DHCP it requires that the DHCP Vendor cookie is configured on your DHCP server. Another workaround is disabling the DHCP vendor cookie request on the NMC.
