I have a UPS 350 that is only a month or two old. I have had a major problem occur twice so far. The unit will shut off(Anything plugged into it is no longer receiving power) and beep loudly. I am running a $6000+ mac pro on this power system and cannot afford any damage to this system. In order to fix it i have to hit the power button to turn it off then just turn it back on and it functions properly. What could cause this?

hi cody.
i certainly do not recommend this $50 UPS for your $6000 computer.
this unit can only supply about 200 watts of power and I cant imagine that a $6000 computer draws less than that, not including the other items you have plugged into it. it sounds like it is going into an overload condition, maybe when more processing power is being used. also, you'd want to make sure the $6000 computer can handle a step approximated sine wave (which the UPS outputs while on battery).
you should determine your total watt draw of all the devices connected so we can find a more appropriate UPS for your needs.
