I have a UPS that is completely stuck because the firmware update on the UPS itself has failed.
I bought a genuine serial communication cable to write a new firmware and tried to write the firmware via a USB converter with an FTDI chip as the computer does not have a serial port.
The converter cable works but cannot communicate with the UPS.
Can someone please help me?
