Back-UPS 1500 Random Event 49
Back-UPS 1500 18% Load (165W) shows 15 minute hold time and full battery capacity. It randomly shows event code 49, indicates no battery capacity, and signals the warning alarm. This happens very infrequently, maybe once or twice a month. Powering cycling the unit immediately shows full battery capacity and during a complete power outage, it held for over 10 minutes before power was restored. There is no specific occurrence that I can see triggering this event, especially since it was able to function properly without power.
In comparison, I have a Back-UPS Pro 1500 S sitting beside it with 17% Load (160W) and an indicated 44 minute hold time. It does not exhibit this behavior.
