Back UPS es750
Moved to new apartment. Unit is working, but PowerChute says "no back-up present . . . please check USB connection".
An EtherNet cable is connected from Data Port to PC. I don't see any USB output.
Is the EtherNet connection supposed to serve as a USB connection? If not, how can I connect to USB?

Thanks for the photo. I now see what the problem is. My cable has Ethernet connectors on both ends, while yours has a USB connector on the other end. After my move, I can't find a cable like yours among my pile of connectors. So, I guess I'll have to order one.
