UPSCAPO will not run after install

Windows 11 24H2 fully updated

UPSCAPO-Management Software downloaded from APC website

.NET 3.51 enabled and updated in Windows 11


Software completes installation, but when run, throws this error message:

The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

Possibly some configuration issue is at fault? Help would be appreciated.

The release notes don’t say Windows 11 is supported. I suggest you reach out to APC Technical Support to see if a new version is coming.
