Hi, I am new to this Ups thing.
I bought one 650 VA, fixed my one System and one TV device. I was so happy that finally my ongoing work will not be lost. But since first day i have noticed that UPS is not serving me the purpose.
As the light sheds the ideal system should activate that system should not get a glance of this shed.
I am not getting this out of my machine. I noticed that as the light sheds"power went off" my pc gets to restart..... ๐
I cant go back to dealer now as it will be a headache to me since i work in office round clock and i only have a day off on sunday, and sundays are off here for service centers..
I do hope i am satisfied with lots of help here.
Is there a software that can liaison to avoid this restart ?
I am thinking i have lost my price over it...
Help me please!

Its weared, another observation,
I checked my ups performance by manually unpluging the power from the supply and there was no restarting.. I did this number of times.
Then i was contented with my UPS.
After 10 hours there was a routine power failure from City Divisional power supply. My pc got restarted... What is it now i cant get a clue.. UPS was fully charged for 10 Hours..
The same thing happed before as well as stated in my post.!!!!!

I wanted to thank you for acknowledging , I have worked seriously and i solved the issue. I went to my dealer asked him to tell me the cause and he said just do a proper charging again. I did it and UPS is online for me.
I am closing my thread.
