i am trying to get some advice on how to install this file ;firmware software upgrade for my backups ES 550,What it does is it tries to install on my Windows 7 opearating system then while installing it gets to a point where it says that I need Administartive priviledge to complete the installation Here is the catch; I am the owner and adminstrator, can someone assist me please
