What are the possible causes of high neutral current on ups?

Hi kashifkhan, Can you provide the part# and serial# of your UPS? It's on a white sticker with bar codes usually at the bottom or at the rear of the UPS. Can you also tell us the UPS's mode of operation when you took the measurements? (Online or On battery). Thanks!
